I started working on a spreadsheet to get my workout data in hopes of creating graphs and other meaningful data to help me track my workouts. I currently am using a smartwatch to automate workout and exercise tracking. I enjoy it a lot. Manually entering my workout data from when I first started using it, or even just daily? No thanks.

I’ve been slowly but steadily chipping away at a scripted spreadsheet that can pull workout info and store it. After which, I’ll be able to extrapolate meaningful info or simply have better visual representation of my training program and how I can improve it.

It’s frustrating not having it completed yet, but once it’s done, it will be awesome and won’t have to be modified again! 🙂
